As a bodyworker for 35 years, my main focus has developed into understanding the behavior of our fabulous fascia system, the web-like sheath that surrounds basically every structure in our bodies. When it’s happy, it moves with grace and gives us that range of motion we all desire. When it’s not happy…tension, chronic pain, general discomfort, stubborn scar tissue, etc. settle in. Fascia-focused therapy the fascia to relax, expand, and encourage more fluid motion.
